Tactical Goo — Safety Data Sheet

Master SDS · All scent variants · Version 1.0 · Revised September 9, 2026

Document status — working master SDS

This public-facing master document intentionally does not disclose the proprietary formulation or individual raw-material trade names. It is designed to cover substantially similar scented Tactical Goo products only if their compositions and hazard classifications are sufficiently similar. Final regulatory use requires verification of the finished-product classification and supplier documentation.

1. Identification

Product identifier: Tactical Goo — Scented Lubricating Goo

Product family: Tactical Goo scented lubricant variants, including current and future scents using substantially similar formulation and hazard profile.

Recommended use: Lubrication of mechanical components; external use only.

Restrictions on use: Not for ingestion. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

Manufacturer / responsible party: Tactical Goo — business address and telephone to be completed.

Emergency telephone: Poison Control Center (US): 1-800-222-1222. For a medical emergency call 911.

2. Hazard(s) Identification

Provisional classification: Final GHS classification has not been independently established for the finished mixture. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and eye contact. Spilled product may create a slip hazard. Do not ingest. The final label signal word, pictograms, hazard statements and precautionary statements must be based on verified hazard data.

3. Composition / Information on Ingredients

This product family is a proprietary lubricating formulation containing a lubricating base, grease/thickener system and scent/fragrance components. Specific chemical identities and concentrations are not listed in this public-facing version. Where OSHA trade-secret provisions are used, Section 3 of the final regulatory SDS must contain the required trade-secret statement and any required concentration ranges; hazardous ingredients cannot simply be omitted or left blank.

4. First-Aid Measures

Eye contact: Flush cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do; continue rinsing. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Skin contact: Wash with soap and water; remove contaminated clothing.

Inhalation: Move to fresh air if discomfort occurs.

Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting unless directed by medical personnel. Seek medical advice if symptoms occur or persist.

Emergency contacts: Poison Control Center (US) 1-800-222-1222. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

5. Fire-Fighting Measures

Use extinguishing media appropriate for the surrounding fire, such as dry chemical, carbon dioxide, foam or water fog. Avoid high-pressure water directed at burning product. Combustion may produce carbon oxides and irritating fumes. Firefighters should use suitable protective equipment and respiratory protection.

6. Accidental Release Measures

Avoid unnecessary skin and eye contact. Prevent entry into drains, waterways and soil. Scrape or absorb with inert material and place in a suitable container. Clean residual material to remove slip hazards.

7. Handling and Storage

Handle using good industrial hygiene practices. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin and eyes. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from excessive heat and incompatible materials. Keep out of reach of children.

8. Exposure Controls / Personal Protection

No product-specific occupational exposure limits have been established for the finished product family. Use adequate ventilation. Eye protection: safety glasses recommended. Hand protection: protective gloves for prolonged or repeated contact. Wash hands after handling.

9. Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: semi-solid lubricating goo; color may vary by scent. Odor: characteristic fragrance, depending on variant. Physical state: semi-solid. Quantitative properties including flash point, viscosity, density, vapor pressure, melting/freezing point and water solubility are not certified in this master draft and must be verified for the finished product.

10. Stability and Reactivity

Expected to be stable under normal storage and handling. Avoid excessive heat and ignition sources. Avoid strong oxidizing agents. Hazardous decomposition products may include carbon oxides and irritating combustion products. No hazardous polymerization expected under normal conditions.

11. Toxicological Information

No toxicological testing has been performed on the finished Tactical Goo product family. Prolonged or repeated contact may cause skin irritation or defatting; eye contact may cause irritation. Ingestion is not an intended route of exposure. Final toxicological statements must be based on verified supplier information and finished-mixture classification.

12. Ecological Information

No finished-product ecotoxicity data are available. Avoid uncontrolled release to soil, drains and waterways. Lubricating components may persist in the environment.

13. Disposal Considerations

Dispose of product and contaminated absorbent in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. Do not pour unused product into drains or waterways. Empty containers may retain product residue.

14. Transport Information

Transportation classification has not been determined for the finished product family. Confirm applicable DOT shipping classification before commercial shipment using verified finished-product physical and hazard data.

15. Regulatory Information

This document follows the 16-section SDS structure required by OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard. OSHA permits one SDS for complex mixtures with similar hazards and contents when the ingredients are essentially the same and composition varies among mixtures. This master SDS should therefore be used only after confirming that each scent variant fits that criterion.

16. Other Information

Prepared: September 9, 2026 · Version: 1.0 Working Master

Product family: Tactical Goo scented lubricants.

Important: If a scent changes the hazard classification or introduces a reportable hazardous ingredient that changes the required Section 3 disclosure, that variant should be evaluated separately. Update the SDS when significant new hazard information becomes available.

Keep the current revision date and version visible. Supplier SDSs and formulation records are retained separately.
