Shipping & Returns
Processing
Orders are hand-packed and typically ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your crate leaves the shop.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is $8, Express shipping is $15, and orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Large or bulk orders may take a little longer to stage.
Returns
Because our lubricants are hand-blended products, we can't accept returns of opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@tacticalgoo.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Apparel and gear in unworn, unwashed condition with tags may be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Damaged or lost orders
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, reach out with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
